I had an excellent experience with Ahmed Hassan at Budget Rental Car. He was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire rental process. Ahmed clearly explained the rental agreement and vehicle features, answered all of my questions, and made pickup quick and hassle-free. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and commitment to outstanding customer service made my experience a very positive one. Budget is fortunate to have an employee like Ahmed representing the company.

I booked a reservation online and paid in full the amount due on June 5th for a truck to be picked up the following morning at this Budget location on Hiawattha Ave in Minneapolis. I received a confirmation the same day via email. So, I thought it was good to go. A couple of hours later, a person named Ahmed Hassan called me to tell me that he was going to cancel my reservation.
