Bad service was told one thing over the phone and arrived to another explanation
Do not rent from this location. I made my reservation well in advance and even went in person to confirm it. The manager told me they were overbooked but promised a upgrade to a 12’ box truck and said they’d call the day before to confirm. That call never came. I showed up today the day before moving day — the manager was nowhere to be found, and the employee on site had no clue about my reservation. They ended up having nothing available for me.
