My experience with this company was pretty good! The manager was able to provide me with a great price compared to other truck rental places. Customer service was very nice, he was respectful, helpful and kind. He also accommodated me with my truck return at no charge which I was appreciative of.
Jameia was very helpful, got me in and out in a few minutes. Her customer service skills are top priority and her professionalism was crazy good
Great service from Ahmed!! Thank you!
This place is terrible. I rented a car from them and they charged me the wrong amount, said the additional charge was a "deposit," but then refused to refund the difference. And they charged me $250 for a "cleaning fee." For getting the outside of the car dirty. And they rented me a car that had bad tires and was prone to doing the Jeep "death wobble" thing. I cannot strongly enough suggest to avoid renting from them.
Ahmed, the manager, provided excellent service at budget rentals, helping to secure the ideal Ford Transit van for my family of 12. Thank you sir.
