I travel to MN few times a year to see my mother and I always rent a car from this location. Gentleman there named Felix has been a great help every time. He is courteous, professional and always willing to help. Highly recommend 🙏

We rented a car from the downtown Minneapolis location on a Saturday last weekend, and the store was supposed to open at 8am; the door wasn't unlocked, however, until 8:15am after a crowd of impatient people were bunched up and ready to get inside. Of course, there was only one employee there to attend to everyone. We finally got our car about 40 minutes later. The car had a couple of bad dents/scuffs, as well as a cracked windshield; of course, it was also pretty dirty inside. Don't they have people at rental car companies ... read more
Open on Sundays and located down town Minneapolis!
Disappointed with my experience. The car wasn’t clean, and the pickup process was slow. Customer service was unhelpful when I had an issue. Hidden fees made the rental more expensive than expected. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their service!
