Gave me an attitude when I had to walk 3 times to get a new car in the cold, because all the cars smell weed inside.

Takes forever to pick up your vehicle. We did the pre check and had the app which said our car was ready but no staff can assist with faster process so you still wait in line forever. Says you can just flash an ID and get your keys but it’s a lie. Worst experience ever! Avoid!! Stood in line with 4 kids for 2 hours for rental at 2pm on a Thursday in a cold room with no heater in 20* weather. Go to Alamo!! Then our SUV stunk so bad of cigarettes. Dropping car off was easy and fast. Only good thing about our experience

If you can, please go anywhere else for your car rental. Otherwise, expect to be standing in line for at least 2-3 hours. No prioritization for Fastbreak so that won’t help. Multiple people I spoke to in line said it was like this every single time. When I did finally get my car, it reeked and clearly had not been cleaned.

I’m here right now, and there’s a huge line, with one person working fast track, and one person regular rentals. You need more people here at the counter Mr. Owner. Update. Had trouble with sunroof with my rental, the staff was absolutely patient and professional, they solved the problem, and I was off on my way. Still, please increase staff in the countries largest city! Update.
