Horrible experience renting from this Budget location. This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. I will never rent from any Budget again after the experience I had. They charged me an additional $450.00 due to stains on the seat, but they gave me the car with stains already on the seat. I waited almost 3 hours in line to get the car. Worst customer service had to wait 1 hr and a half in fast break line to get vehicle Regular line about 2 hr wait Didn’t get what we reserved ether Workers were very disrespectful

This is my 4 time I rent a car at this location at La guardia. I had been have a good experience so far. Only bad could say that I got a car that was not clean enough but I was in a hurry so I just took it. But overall good experience. Sarai Take care of me most of the times I had been here. Very professional and always trying to help and fulfilled your needs and always asking if you need ezpass or cover liability on your rental to avoid those fees later. I recommend this place.
