THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET. FRAUDULENT CHARGES! REPORTED TO BBB. 1) Despite having a reservation, we waited 90 minutes in line to pick up the van. There was only 6 people in front of us and somehow, it still took 90 minutes. 2) The van was FILTHY - food on the seats and floor, sticky seat belt buckles, bird poop on the outside. I have mixed feelings about this place I had two people help me after I had trouble with my rental they exchanged it but one employee made it severely difficult to even get it

By far the best experience I've had renting a car because of the friendly staff. Sarai and D were extremely kind and warm, and their customer service made a huge difference during our stressful traveling day. I'll definitely rent from Budget again because of them. Thank you!!
