Renting a car from this company was a sham of a disaster because it came through secondary carrier. To update my rental was full of shams to garner additional charges that made thecexperience a very confusing ordeal of a disaster. There is a young man who is lightskin, he is VERY RUDE. Disgusting attitude and energy. Why even work in a field where u are there to help people and have no compassion, care, or patience? I’m so tired of these grumpy humans.
AWFUL!!!!! PLEASE TRUST THE REVIEWS WITH ONE STAR!!! I wish I would have! I reserved a car and paid in advance. However, when I got there the rude employee stated she didn't have any more cars. BUT THAT WAS A LIE!!!!!!! It was a Sunday and they close at 2 and she was ready to go home!!!!!! Me and another guy that was there shared an Uber to the airport to rent a car! PLEASE, Do NOT rent a car from 140 Courtland Street Downtown Atlanta!! I wish I could have given 0 stars!!!!!!
There was no the booked car available and the guy at the counter tried to get me the car with double price, like $1200 per 10 days
