Horrible service. I've been a fast break member for over 20 years and service has drastically declined. I booked my reservation and was told that it would take 45 minutes to get a vehicle. Budget acts like they are paying you to drive their vehicles. This is my last time booking with budget rent considering it was not even the cheapest rental I paid extra to book with them because I thought I would be given better service. Big mistake this is horrible and I will never use budget again.
Prepaid for them to NOT have the right car. Then lied to me at the counter that the class of car I was given was the same that I reserved and it was not. This is the 2nd time I've had that experience with the location. They tried to give me anything then wanted me to switch it out at another location. The level of disrespect for the customers time and money spent is beyond ridiculous. Booked online says car ins available but over 1.5 hour wait. Another person in line said he booked over 1 week ago and can’t get a car. Still shows available after booking through Costco.
This place annoyed me so bad. I guess you get what you pay for. How i ask for a jeep “or similar” and they gave me a minivan. Then i witnessed someone bringing their rental back and reporting that the car has no oil in it. I was super skeptical about even renting after that but Im using it for vacation so Im pressed for time and money. I do NOT recommend. And the guy Javara was very rude.
