This is the worse car rental shop in the entire country. The workers are crooks, disrespectful, insensitive and thieves. I paid for a suburban and they gave me nothing close to that category. Initially, this rude attendant told me the deposit was $300 which I found to be ridiculously high for the type of car. I however agreed to take it because I was desperate. If I could post no stars I most definitely would. Please listen to this post and DO NOT give this company your money. Made a reservation 2 months in advance for a 1 way cargo van as I was moving to Wisconsin. The day I got the van I was packing it up and driving 12 hours. I get to the office early and they said so nonchalantly “ we have no one ways here.” Ohhh I’m sorry? A atendente me deu apenas duas opções: pagar $240 USD por um carro de categoria superior ou me deslocar até o aeroporto para tentar retirar um veículo lá.
