Great experience
Absolutely terrible service. They couldn't pull up my reservation, and I had to call them multiple time and still they couldn't resolve my issue. Never again.
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I rented a car for 2 days rated at 90$ and ended up with 3 months of disputing a 1200$ bill. They tried to steal my deposit, refuse my credit card: so I had to use a debit card (harder to dispute), and added random fees without an explanation. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! I filled the tank, turned it in early, and even cleaned it. No cleaning fees and the guy at check in said it was perfect. They just kept my deposit and charged me extra days, fees, and late fees.
After waiting in line, then filling out paperwork, which took at least 30 minutes, we had to wait an additional hour to get our car. This is completely unacceptable.
Worst car rental place ever. My credit card uses a shorthand for my full first name, and they wouldn’t rent me the car since the name on the credit card didn’t match the name on my drivers license. Never go here these people are terrible, ruined my entire weekend trip.
