Worst car rental place ever. My credit card uses a shorthand for my full first name, and they wouldn’t rent me the car since the name on the credit card didn’t match the name on my drivers license. Never go here these people are terrible, ruined my entire weekend trip.
Zero stars. Avoid this place. Not trustworthy.
Zero star. Never rent with budget again! Returning a vehicle to them and got ensured by the staff on site that there is no extra charge at the point of return. One week later, we get a bill of cleaning fee for animal hair in the car but we don’t have any pet at all! Disputing a few times but they deny without any common sense. It is the worst management and client service to charge client for something that not existing. We don’t even have a pet due to allergies reason. Worse rental experience ever!
Horrible experience, horrible customer service, guy at counter has no business being there, they wouldn’t let me rent a car that I had actually booked because of 25+ rule which was not made clear at all when booking it, had no other cars available.
I recently rented a car from Budget using Priceline and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The reservation process through Priceline was quick and easy, and everything was ready to go when I arrived at the rental counter. The customer service at Budget was top-notch.
