We had a wonderful experience with this location. We ran into some trouble with ID verification (we didn’t realize we needed 3 pieces) and they handled it quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend them and will return if we travel back to Toronto!

Amazing staff and levels of service
Was told we could get reimbursed for the number of days we did not use the car if we returned it early. But when we did they said you didn’t read the fine print when you clicked on the cheaper price so we are taking the extra $200+ we said we would have given back. This takes advantage of people whose first language is not English, has dyslexia or learning differences. Typical corporate playbook.
