They give you what seems to be good customer service UNTIL the bills come and errors are made. I understand sometimes certain loopholes make it difficult to be verified with some insurance carriers, but if you rely on your broker to work for YOU (which is what brokers do, they work for the client, not the insurance company) I would suggest go anywhere else.
