Been a budget brake and muffler customer for quite some time originally at south surrey location. Moved out to Vancouver and went here for the time being. Honestly can’t express enough how much this shop and staff helped me out today , I had a rough unexpected brake issue with my truck and it was a hefty unexpected financial hit on the wallet. Staff were understanding and it’s obviously not common for businesses to do payment installments for shop like these, but fortunately it worked out for me and the owners this location.... read more
I can not thanks everyone enough for their help. We were driving over Cambie st Bridge on Thursday when my exhaust fell off the car. I was stressed out because I dont live in Vancouver and was only down in the city for the day having surgery and needed to get home. The guys looked at my car and within hours contacted me with a report and quote. I needed a new exhaust system from front to back. They were amazing and got my car back up and running within 24hrs and I was able to get back home and to work in time. Saved my bacon... read more
