They are far too busy to handle direct requests, and are only able to follow standard procedures. The most frustrating part, is the guy at the desk who speaks to you, never actually gets to see your issue themselves, and only knows how to relay details from a technician.
NIGHTMARE! Even that’s an understatement. Aaron at Budget Brake & Muffler was polite, communicative, and accommodating—but none of that mattered because the actual work was a complete failure. Our 2016 Ford Explorer broke down in Vancouver, and they replaced the battery and alternator, assured us it was safe to drive back to Calgary, and ignored clear signs of another issue. I needed a pair of performance mufflers installed on my older car and the Vancouver Downtown shop did an excellent job installing them. This was a custom job which required some fabrication and the results are fantastic! They also completed the job on-time and for the quoted price. I can definitely recommend this shop as they are very professional. Thanks for the great work completed.
