Would have paid more than double the cost if I didn’t know better. I made an appointment the day before, and arrived right on time. The mechanic didn’t find the appointment, it wasn’t scheduled in. That’s fine, the mechanic was free and could take my car in. I had already taken my car to my mechanic, so I knew exactly what was wrong and what my car needed, as well as an estimate of the cost. It didn’t matter, they had to do their own half hour inspection to tell me how much the repair would cost. $39 just to tell me exactly ... read more
