My last visit with my car dealership for service didn’t satisfy me so same day I decided to go to my budget here in Newton Surrey for advice and glad I did ! They gave me and my car hope ! Mason and his team friendly and listens and honest and gave me a fair price !
I got my exhaust repaired, along with new brake pads and rotors. Overall, I had a good experience. They were honest, straightforward, and professional.
Visited Budget with a muffler which pegs had to be welded to to a metal strap that then goes around the muffler. Was nervous to get it done due to it not being a typical job, and which shop to do it.?? The guys did a good job and kept me in the loop during install and got it right. We all want honesty and respect for ourselves and our vehicles at these times, and I felt that at Newton Budget Brake and Muffler.
Went with muffler install which needed the pegs welded to a metal strap that then goes around the muffler. Well they damaged the strap cutting it in half during the install and didn't say anything to me. When I realized next day and went back, there was no effort to make it right. Its not if it will break but when!? I don't think this is professional or honest. *Pictures are evidence of the car on lift at job finish with image of cut strap*
