It was a nice experience.
Had an unfortunate timed water pump failure. I am from the states and needed to get home to my other dog, had no resources in BC. Mike and his team rearranged their entire schedule for the day to help me out, ubered parts from white rock, let me and my dog hang out in their shop. Truly exceptional customer service and truck is running great again. Will return to these guys for routine work. Very highly recommend. Thanks again guys.
Never used their services. But this was the first shop that was professional, communicative and that I could understand clearly over the phone of over 6-7 shops I’d called. An actual receptionist definitely helped and was appreciated.
Mason and the crew were very good. Done on time and pointed out other things on my vehicle that needed to be taken care of. Would definitely go back.
