the car battery failed during the warranty period. BB&MAC replaced the battery without question, noted another failing part of our Nissan Altima 2003, found a replacement, installed it and carried out a 50-point service check. All within a few days. At each stage, BB&MAC explained the problem, gave clear advice, all in a friendly professional manner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception area is nice and clean. I was comfortable sitting there and waiting for my car to be done. Mason and his team are great!
