I had a really good experience with the team at Budget Brake & Muffler. I brought my car in earlier today because of a brake fluid leak and was honestly hoping it could be done the same day. I knew they were busy and it was getting late, so I was a bit worried about timing. Then I got the nicest surprise. Al (Alvin S.) and technician Ken L. stayed after hours and called me at 8:30 pm, well after closing, to let me know my car was ready. That kind of effort means a lot.
