Very poor service. I called beforehand and asked the front desk guy for pricing on an oil change, how long it would take, and if they would be able to get the vehicle into the shop right away to get the oil change done. I mentioned I had a time crunch. He confirmed yes to me. I headed in several minutes after the call. I asked the front desk guy if he was the one I spoke to on the phone about the oil change.
