Great service by Al. Was very explanatory towards what was wrong with my véhicle, though the tall white dude in the back kept screaming at the bumber of a car umm
Brought my perfectly working car in for a clutch change and left with no power steering! Chose this shop based on a recommendation, I should have read the reviews instead because it would seem this is a common problem at this location. Car wasn't test driven after work had been completed and the paperwork was falsified (in and out mileage differed from that of the actual cars mileage). Sent my sister and her husband to get their vehicle checked for noises. The staff could not locate the wheel lock lug nut and said to come back another day and all they had to do was lift the rear tailgate, lift spare tire cover, and right there a noticeable compartment it was there. I understand the customer should provide necessary parts at request however the company charges a rate per hour where they cant locate the lug nuts by quick research. Al was who I dealt with at Budget. I found his business to be exceptional during my dealings. They've worked on my car and my pickup. Work was reasonably priced in my opinion. When there I've always been dealt with courteously and got work done in a timely fashion, ( very important to me). Good shops are hard to find. At least they were till I found this one.
