Very bad experience in Nanaimo location. Left me with the hefty bill of $3k for a clutch replacement, and even didn't do it properly! When complained (next week after picking up my car) about having issues with shifting gears, they've send me to the transmission specialist! They didn't install the clutch right, at the first place! Secondly, took an advantage of single senior lady and bulied me into believing, I am wrong to complain. Never would recommended this service to anyone, especially women!
I cannot say enough about how perfect all of the service has been for the vehicles I have needed repair and maintenance done on. When it comes to trusting what is recommended , the repairs and expense, Budget Brake & Muffler is a shop I trust. After 35 years of auto service dealerships, Budget is the only one that I can say I trust 100% on all aspects of service and repair.
I always love how I am treated by Budget Staff. Typically I deal with Tyler but everyone is so friendly, insightful and accommodating. I love that I can feel that I can trust that what is being recommended is a legitimate expense and that it is not about making the most money but making me as a customer feel I have received the best service.
