I really like dealing with Darrell at Budget. He always quotes me a reasonable estimate and sticks to it. I have a teeny tiny budget and I appreciate that he doesn't try to add stuff on. In fact, this time he did a little extra without charging me more. He does what's needed, gets me in and out in a jiffy, and is always pleasant. I trust this mechanic!
