This shop not fix car properly and charge way more than other shops. Why is it called "budget" if they charge MORE than most shops. Misleading name and misleading work done here.
Budget Muffler never disappoints. Steve fit me in yesterday, swapped the mufflers, and the car sounds perfect. Fair price, zero hassle, and he still took time to walk me through the work and show the old parts. The whole crew was friendly, the shop was spotless, and they finished exactly when they said they would. If you want a shop you can actually trust, this is the place.
Front desk guy can be rude and passive aggressive. Overpriced as well.
Fantastic. Organized, skilled, honest and thorough. Came in with an oil leak. They diagnosed it. Could have been very expensive. They researched it and found a service bulletin from the manufacturer that covers this particular issue under warranty. Charged me just a small fee for diagnosis and now the dealer is repairing it for free. They could have easily done the repair and charged me. I would never have known the difference. Thanks Steve and Mark. I will be back.
These guys are awesome, highly recommend coming here for vehicle service. I'm visiting from the okanagan for the weekend and need to travel home tomorrow and my engine light came on. Steve is so kind and helpful. The team went above and beyond to fit me in before their end of day, very fair prices as well. :) 🙌
