I just dont understand how this company has such great reviews. I cant even get a call back for an estimate! I called them a year ago when I first moved in to my house and then again recently. I never heard back from them the first time so I went somewhere else. This time, the wife told me to email her husband, which I did. No reply. And no reply to my follow up text. I'm going somewhere else again.
Brian and his crew are outstanding. We cudnt be happier with our new plantation shutters. Great value, great service. We highly recommend Budget Blinds.
Great service and products!
Not happy with the way installation was handled. Tried voicing my displeasure with the male owner over the telephone and he constantly interrupted me. Don't think he even heard why I was annoyed so much. If only he had opened his ears and listened the rating could have been much higher...
