I think the word Budget should be changed to Non-Budget Blinds. We just had a service call to replace a "pull" that had fallen off a shade on one of our windows. So with a string put thru a very small metal loop in the bottom of the shade creating two "runs" going down and inserted into two small plastic grips so the shade can again be pulled down - we had a repair.
