The sales rep came to my house, expertly measured every window, and gave me the best options for the type of blind that would work best. I knew what I wanted and she did not try to push other products. The installer arrived on time and got the job done very quickly and efficiently, even with an injured foot! I am very happy with the product.
I was pleased all the way around!Everyone did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. I was treated with the courtesy and consideration that as clients we all hope to receive. I changed my order over the phone, and it was still done as I wanted, and a refund check was issued at the time of the install without any fuss. The installer took the time to offer me my choice of install options which served to reinforce that it was all done the way I wanted.
