We ordered our blinds 2 weeks ago and waiting to be called for appointment to install. I cant really give review just yet. Patty the sales rep was very nice Updating review: 03-31-2023 Mark the installer was very customer friendly and on time Install was put in fast time and cleaned up. We were satisfied and recommend.
Don't bother using this company if you want service after the sell. We bought 42 blinds at a cost of over $10000 and some of them are falling down. I simply called to ask how I can fix them and they haven't bothered calling me back.
