We've been happy with our blinds since the day they were installed. Had a minor problem with a broken string on one blind after three years. First Budget Blinds came out and made a temporary repair so we could use the blinds, then returned a couple weeks later with a complete replacement to permanently address the problems. That was outstanding.
Great quality and service. We have used them twice now for 2 separate locations and both have looked awesome and held up well.
Had our front blinds installed 7 years ago (used daily), and had a string fray, causing the blind to not be able to pull up and down - they sent someone out at time scheduled and fixed it onsite. The technician was very courteous and polite and there was not even a charge because they could fix the issue onsite. Amazing! Will order from them again when we need more blinds and would recommend to friends.
Blind string frayed causing blind on sliding door not to go up and down. Excellent service Budget Blinds sent someone the next day. Problem was resolved immediately without cost.
