I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company. Scott was excellent helping me pick out my shades. Everything was so easy. Called the company and made appointment and Scott was here as scheduled. I cannot be happier with the service and the installation of my shades. I will use the company again. From scheduling the quote to installation, Budget Blinds did not disappoint! Scott was able to help me decide the best option for my windows while working under my budget. He took the time to give me several quotes without any hesitation. After submitting the order, I had my custom honeycomb shades in less than a month! Jonathon and Josh installed my shades in no time and without any issues! All staff performed professionally and were exceptional with customer service! 5 stars deserved!!
Fantastic customer service! Scott showed up on time with samples and when we were feeling a bit overwhelmed asked questions that really helped to purchase what we needed. Friendly and professional. Install gentleman (I apologize I can’t remember his name) arrived early! Was friendly, efficient, funny yet still professional. Install was super quick and everything was cleaned up. I could not be more pleased with this entire experience. 10/10! Highly recommend.
