Quin is the man! He went absolutely went above and beyond installing our skylight shades. He helped move furniture in order to gain access to the skylights. He installed our new remotes. He left everything spotless. He's the man! Will certainly use Quin and Lee again for all window covering needs! Thanks so much!
Love our blinds. They are perfect for the house, allowing light in where we want it and blocking light out where we don't. Lee and Quinn were super responsive when we needed them and they even found a solution for our screened in patio. Keep in mind that the manufacturing of the blinds does take a while but they were great about managing our expectations. I highly recommend Budget Blinds.
Our new blinds were installed today. I LOVE them!! From start to finish this has been a fantastic experience!! Lee responded to my first call within a couple hours. Elle was able to adjust her schedule to accommodate the short trip we were taking in order to get an order started. Quinn did a great job installing our blinds. He was friendly, but efficient. He gave us a nice little tutorial on how to use them. There was a slight problem with the colors matching, and he immediately assured us that the company would make it right. We were very satisfied. Thanks for such good service in a day when such things are, unfortunately, rare.
