I was unhappy with the amount i was charged for a service call, and that it had to be paid in advance, but Eli responded and provided a credit, which i appreciated.

Lee and Eli are responsive and take the care of their clients very seriously. They are knowledgable, easy to work with and are all around fantastic people.
