I have been waiting six months for blinds I bought from this company to be corrected. Two brand new blinds will not roll up straight. Never have since they were installed. Four came with the chain to raise and lower on the wrong side and completely block the latch to open the windows. I contacted them in April of last year. The installer came out and confirmed the issues and said they'd be replaced. I contacted them in July I was told there was a delay in the production of the replacements. I've heard nothing since.
