Excellent customer service. Looking forward to getting our new blind.
We went to different vendors and finally got to Budget Blinds where they actually listened to want we wanted. Tara was our blind expert, they came to our home to measure and gave us their professional advice. It took less than we thought for them to be completed, they said 4 to 6 weeks but they called week 2 to confirm the appointment for installation for the next day and that makes us happy since we were living in the middle of a construction with no blinds or privacy. I regret to leave a negative review, especially because the service team went above and beyond to address the issues we encountered. Their staff was consistently professional, competent, and experienced, which I truly appreciated. However, the quality of the product has been deeply disappointing. The blinds were advertised as providing 99% blackout coverage, but unfortunately, they fall far short of this claim.
