I had a great experience with Budget Blinds of Santa Barbara. Cecilia was very knowledgeable and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Their prices are reasonable. A few days after I got them installed, I had to take a couple of them down for a brief period of time. When I went to put them back up, I was unable to get the valance back up.
