So very easy to do business with. Showed me lots of options and how each blind worked. Once I ordered was told the timeline and what to expect. My shades came in on the date promised and installed within 30 minutes. Very satisfied with everything.
My experience was very pleasant! I met with Kenny and he was able to come out and assess my windows and then rather than doing a sales pitch he actually talked and listened to me. Advised on best options and let me make my decision without pressure. That part I really appreciated! Then I got to meet Virginia and she’s absolutely lovely. We purchased four of the solar and roller shades from Budget Blinds about 3 1/2 weeks ago. The blinds were installed today and we are very happy with the quality and look of them. Easy process and great service. Love the remote control and 5 year warranty.
