Very rude and very arrogant Don’t recommend
Paul was so easy to talk to and very informative on all their products. We are extremely happy with our blinds that we have ordered more new windows for the spring so we can have more blinds installed by them. Lindsey who you talk to on the phone was very friendly as well and when they say they will be there they are If you need excellent quality & service these guys are the way to go 😄
Fabulous to deal with from start to finish. We bought blinds 5 years ago. Paul said they came with a no hassle no questions asked warranty. Well, our cat decided that chewing on blinds was a great thing to do and wrecked a number of blinds. I called up to see what could be done. I expected, like most places that say they have a warranty, to get the usual run around, but I was so thrilled there was no hassle at all!! We had two companies come and quote our new house. Budget Blinds and Home Depot. Budget came and quoted us, let us know the morning of they would be a bit late. Paul was fantastic and gave us different options and a good price. We felt it was the best value for the price, compared to Home Depot. Blinds came 3 weeks after we ordered them, professionally installed in about an hour. Very happy with our decision and customer service we received. Would recommend
