No one there was able to help me at all. I pay for service yet they cant help me without an ID? Every cellphone carrier that i have had was able to help after verification of my other information. Not them. They refused. The man working also managed to escalate my anxiety attack and i was barely able to walk home. Assistant store manager frank rolfe 111 verbally and abusively attacked me and several other women on a buy sell page over an "obama phone" i was called a cunt amoung other things as well as 2 other women. If only i could post the screen shots!
