I already had ideas of what I wanted so it was easy. She measured took my money came back to install. It was easy! She was great. Like the warranty due to having cats.
Barb is amazing. I have a farm in a rural area. She was willing to travel a long way for a sales appointment and installation. But was really impressive, is she came all the way back out when we had an issue with one blind. She drove all the way out, found the issue and ordered a new blind. She then came all the way out again for installation. Barb has never charged for all this extra time. I can't say enough good things about Barb. Highly recommend her and her products.

The blinds that the we had installed in our office are great. She came to the office and helped us pick the right blinds for our needs and the installation process was quick and easy. We get several compliments on them from our customers and clients.
