I had Steve come out to my new office to provide a quote for all my window coverings. I called him based upon all of the 5-star reviews. This is why I'm so surprised to have to write this review. He appeared to be in a rush in meeting with me. This was a pretty big job with over 25 window covering. I feel he never wanted to listen to what I wanted, but rather continuously tell me how what I wanted wasn't what needed to happen.
