Fantastic help in selection of blinds, great communication for install and excellent attention to detail. Second time to use them and would highly recommend!
This has been a great experience from the initial consultation to the final installation. I did check with two other providers who came by and provided their bids. The process was seamless. Our sales rep Ms. Serene was very knowledgeable, and had amazing customer service. The installation was quick, and the installers were extremely helpful in during the installation.
During the visit, the representative offered me a quote for the blinds I wanted. I asked for another option, and went with the faux wood for 19 windows. They fit perfectly and I'm very happy with them. The crew of two finished the installation in about 45 minutes. That was great.
