Service was outstanding. The representative brought samples to the house, took measurements, gave the quote on the spot. Order was done right there and we waited about 30 days for install. The installation expert came and installed the shades and explained how to use them. Wonderful transaction. I would recommend.
We went to Budget Blinds by a referral from our realtor. Jacob Urías was very good at explaining all the details about blinds and shutters. The reason why we didn’t give a 5 stars was the amount of time we had to wait to get them. We had to call their office twice and had to go into the show room to find out when we will get them. We waited 10 weeks before Isaiah texted that he was coming to install them. Isaiah was very efficient at installing, explaining, and answering questions. He did a great job.
They are very professional and deliver high quality shutters, shades and curtains.
Very happy with our new solar shades! The selection process was great as they had a wide variety of colors and patterns to choose from. Matt and Brian arrived on time and installed the solar shades with care and in a timely manner. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be back in the future.
They helped me pick the perfect set of blinds for my house and then installed them quickly and easily.
