I specifically told them to call me atleast an hour ahead if they were running late. I got a text message 24 minutes before our scheduled time to be told she was running 30 minutes behind. I was quoted a comparable product with a different company and Budget Blinds was $3k high. I told her that and was requoted with options we didn't want. Employees seam spread too thin.
