I am absolutely thrilled with my new blinds! Madison was so helpful and efficient at my initial consultation and came in person to assist the incredible installer, Richard, on installation day. Communication with Budget Blinds has been perfect and I could not be happier with the decision to go with them for this home refresh project!

I would give a zero if I could! Ordered Roman Shades in January and gave them a 75% deposit. I was told that they would be in around March/early April. In the end of April I called to check on the order and was told that the order was lost in the mail and new shades were being sent. End of May and still no shades or contact by Budget Blinds. After a few attempts to reach them I was told that the manufacturer was unable to give them a time for when they would arrive since everything has been on back order. I totally understoo... read more
