After recently getting new windows we contacted Budget Blinds of Monroeville for custom blinds. All of the blinds were recently installed and look great, we are very pleased. In the past we’ve always had store bought blinds that we hung ourselves. Such a difference with custom blinds. I would definitely recommend.
Unreliable and untrustworthy. Have been given the run around for more than one month now for a minor service. At one point we were told to find another contractor.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Came in and measured, we picked the blinds, then about a month later they sent a rep to install them. 👍
The Company has never returned our calls on two separate occasions. We called on the third occasion and the lady hung up on us mid conversation once we asked why again we weren’t receiving calls. I highly recommend going elsewhere and not using their service they are completely unprofessional.
