Wanted new blinds and curtains for new home. They were located about 6 miles from home. They stated it was too far away! Surprised they let five or six thousand walk out the door. Going to Lowe’s and they were ready to come measure and discuss same day!!

Had a BAD experience this time with them . First time was great. Second time was horrible!!. Manager Marlene didn’t help at all RUDE on top of that . Ordered in August 2 blinds received 1 it was great . Second one was too big first time and then had to order again and it came in damaged . I bought plantation shutters and shades for my new home. The biggest issue I have, THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. The remotes to the shades have gone out and I can't get anyone to call me back. Same thing when I placed my order and called to find out the status, I had to call and call them to get a response.
