Be careful with this Budget blinds owner Marlene. She promised to deliver blinds in 4 weeks and took my money and 8 weeks past and no blinds and was ignoring my calls. Her lies and ignoring my calls was so stressful. She also never gave me a receipt so thats make me wonder what type of business owner she is. I am still waiting for my money return and have threatened her with theft.
Can not stress enough on not recommending. If you want to wait half a year for any communication or barely any then this is the place. N I am not sure how they are still in business with the way they handle customer service. After taking months and months to have service installed and back and forth texts, they left me with dented blinds and half done shutter- and a “ooops the caps didn’t arrive we will come back to install those”. Wanted new blinds and curtains for new home. They were located about 6 miles from home. They stated it was too far away! Surprised they let five or six thousand walk out the door. Going to Lowe’s and they were ready to come measure and discuss same day!!
I bought a house that had vertical blinds in it that were installed in 1994. I researched companies to see who could help me update what was there. I found Budget Blinds and read the reviews. I called that day, and I spoke with Yoli B. She was very professional and polite and setup an appointment to come out to the house. Had a BAD experience this time with them . First time was great. Second time was horrible!!. Manager Marlene didn’t help at all RUDE on top of that . Ordered in August 2 blinds received 1 it was great . Second one was too big first time and then had to order again and it came in damaged .
