September Update - We recently had three windows replaced and the contractor did not know how to safely remove and reinstall the blinds installed on those windows. We contacted Rudy and he was kind enough to walk the contractor through the removal process over the phone, and then swing by later that evening (after a long days work) to reinstall them. In April 2025 my wife and I purchased a home in Menifee that had been "flipped" by a contractor. It had a total of 17 windows with no drapes, blinds or window coverings of any kind. Our son referred us to the BUDGET BLINDS company on the basis of a project that company had done for him in Huntington Beach where he needed 5 blinds. Budget Blinds of Menifee is a franchise location for the same company.
