I contacted. Hope Ferguson for her to come to estimate a blind for our porch in addition to the three that Budget Blinds has already installed. Hope scheduled us quickly and she measured and gave us support on site. We’re anxious to see another excellent addition to our home.
Outstanding customer service. Four years after my purchase, one of my units was accidentally broken. Turns out, Budget Blinds maintains a 5-year no-questions-asked warranty. Amazing, and what a break! Replacement blinds were installed within two weeks of my reporting the damage. My service representative, Ms. Hope, was equally amazing, responsive, and professional.
