Purchased a custom blind for our bay window. The blind has a motor, a battery and a remote. Within the first year they were out a few times to repair…not even a year later after getting a whole new set up it is dead again. Won’t go up or down it’s stuck. I’ve called them, left messages and I get no call back. This blind was very expensive and they talked my wife into getting one with a motor cause it’s easier to put up and down. Buyer beware!!! Then seem nice at first but then blow you off when you have problems.
Update Oct 2024 - My home developed bad mold and I had to throw out most of my belongings, including my brand new shades.. Not expecting much, I reached out to Tim and Cindy to see if my warranty would cover replacing them. It did!! I was blown away. It was such a massive weight off my shoulders to know I'd have to replace one less thing. These guys are incredible, and I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I can!
