Had Miguel come out and install our new blinds. He and budget blinds did an awesome job!
Unimpressed with Laura. Rush through appt. Was late. 1:00 turned into almost 3:00. Didn't bring samples in and had to go get them. She said she knew what I needed! Was not dressed appropriately for business.
I wanted to say thank you so much to Sam Dunn, the owner of budget blinds in Longview and his son William, our installer for the fabulous job on all the blinds we have purchased. From beginning to end the process was professional, fun, informative and completed beautifully. We love our blinds and will be doing more soon.
From booking my appt with Melinda, to my home consult with Laura and then to installation with Miguel - everything was about the customer! They were prompt, professional and so pleasant to deal with and their product is amazing! Thanks for making something I wasn’t very sure about such a positive experience. Thanks you!!
