Very happy with Budget Blinds of Longmeadow and Springfield. Mark came to my house and had great recommendations for windows. Installation person was great, and I am so pleased with the final results. It took about 7 weeks for order to come in, but I was told that up front. Well worth the wait!
Had a blind installed last year the cord broke and called to get it replaced over 2 months ago they said part will be in within the week and someone will come out to fix the blind next week they will not answer my phone call return my voicemail you would think if your spending over 700 dollars on one blind the quality and workmanship would be there. Extremely disappointed and unreliable
This is the second time I have worked with Mark at Budget Blinds. Thanks to his input and advice the motorized light filtering shade is just what I needed. It is a good quality shade at a reasonable price and I am very happy with the look. I would definitely recommend Mark and Budget Blinds.
I ordered window treatments for two windows and one Glass double door. All of them came in perfect as ordered. Communication was great. Installation was quick and easy, and as promised, my old Blinds were removed. The gentlemen were highly dependable and professional. I would highly recommend.
