I have worked with Budget Blinds in the past and always had excellent customer service, however the last time that I decided to use this company the customer service was anything but excellent. Unfortunately I will not be using this company again due to its lack of customer service. The installer that came out to my home to install my blinds did not take any of my concerns seriously. My experience with Budget Blinds was very pleasant. It all started when I called in to ask a few questions. The receptionist was very nice and informative. She answered my questions on the spot and that allowed me to set up an appointment on that phone call. We set up the appointment for the next day with Randy, the owner. I particularly appreciated the extra time he took to explain all of the details and specifics of my installation. The end result exceeded my expectationed. THE BEST window treatment store! I have bought many window treatments over the years from a variety of stores-Lowes, Costco, Blinds to Go, even interior designers--I will never buy from these places again.
