** Exceptional Service! Susan Reeves is an absolute lifesaver.** I cannot recommend Budget Blinds (Houston Inner Loop) highly enough, specifically their incredible sales consultant, Susan Reeves. I had an excellent experience with Lynne. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish and offered different options. The price of the shades chosen was fair, the delivery was timely, and the installation was timely and professionally done. I would recommend them and use them again.
In this day and age customer service and follow through are an exception and not the rule….BUT NOT with Budget Blinds and especially Susan! Even after 2 years of my purchase they are still helping with small things. Now THAT is a 5 star business. Pricing got me there, and service has me as a committed and loyal customer!
I had a great experience with Lynne, the franchise owner, yesterday. She arrived right on time. She listened patiently while I rambled on about I have a larger home being remodeled to go on the market and the current home I just moved into.
