Marc measured blinds for my elderly father 10/2/25 and was given a check as a deposit. The check was cashed within24 hours and as of today, almost 5 months the blinds have not been delivered. Multiple attempts to contact him were unsuccessful. I was able to contact him using another phone about 3 weeks ago and he assured me the blinds would be delivered within 2 weeks. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. Mark Suchanec came out to my house at the end of July 2025 and took measurements for shades for my house. I paid a down payment to get the job started. Now, it's January 2026 and I still have no shades. I have tried to call Mark Suchanec and he came up with many excuses. Now, I when I call, no answer, no texting messages are returned, no email communication with Mark Suchanec. We were pleased with most of the blinds we had installed however within 3 months, the patio bind failed. We attempted to contact the installer numerous times by phone, text and email but no response. I am so very disappointed especially with the cost that we paid. Never again!!
We ordered blinds throughout the house as part of a renovation project. The original proposal, pricing and sales process were excellent. The order took months to arrive so patience was needed. The installation was outstanding! They did a great job. However, there were a couple of things to be done (a machine left behind, a part missing, a part that needed to be replaced).
