We ordered blinds throughout the house as part of a renovation project. The original proposal, pricing and sales process were excellent. The order took months to arrive so patience was needed. The installation was outstanding! They did a great job. However, there were a couple of things to be done (a machine left behind, a part missing, a part that needed to be replaced). **Update**: all my defective blinds are replaced! The day they arrived, he called and installed the next day. It's been a long journey, but I don't think he or his company is to blame, but perhaps manufacturing. Welcome to the post-covid world! Original post: I hate to write a bad review. I think Mark is a nice guy but we spent thousands of dollars on these blinds and 6 out of the 8 manual blinds they installed don’t work. He immediately ordered replacements.
