Called Brian at Budget Blinds in Greenville SC requesting a quote for office blinds on Nov. 3. Once Brian was told told we were not interested in the cellular blinds the tone of our meeting changed. We were looking for helpful assistance in our decision making process. At that point he became somewhat disengaged and impatient.
