We have paid in full (10-7-24) and are still waiting on installation of our blinds. They measured then ordered the blinds. Came out to install in December. Blinds didn’t fit- wrong measurements had been taken. Finally contacted and told they would be at my house at 10:00am to install on February 14th. Received a call at right after ten that they weren’t going to be able to install them. So now installation is set for February 19th. We shall see.

My sells rep, Jeanna was amazing and made me feel so confident of my choices ( everything looks beautiful). The install team… amazing…. The were early ( called first) and super efficient. All was done in no time at all. Great team. Super nice and respectful. I would % use this team again. Thank you for such a great experience
