Barbara Jean was a great sales person. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Installer was wonderful. Also very neat, experienced, and quick. Shutters we purchased are very nice. Our third home with shutters and these do not disappoint.
We have paid in full (10-7-24) and are still waiting on installation of our blinds. They measured then ordered the blinds. Came out to install in December. Blinds didn’t fit- wrong measurements had been taken. Finally contacted and told they would be at my house at 10:00am to install on February 14th. Received a call at right after ten that they weren’t going to be able to install them. So now installation is set for February 19th. We shall see.
I’ve used budget blinds multiple times and they always have great products and great customer service!
Great service, the installation was top notch. Highly recommend them!!
