Ms. Rachel V. And her 27 calls in 2 days. Unfortunately you only receive one side of the story and leave it there. Yes, we were out of town due to a family emergency and we did arrive when we scheduled the appointment (within 1 hr) due to distance traveled and when we arrived we decided it safer to not enter the home due to her erratic behavior. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! VIDEO EVIDENCE SUPPORTED. Once you pay and shades are installed you could be ignored. We purchased 10k worth of 18 shades with 14 of them being motorized and we are disappointed with the lack of customer service. One of the shades stopped working so I replaced the battery and it still was not working. The owner came out and was very friendly. We used budget blinds in virginia beach with great success. Well after the sale, all went south. He became unfriendly and didn't complete the job we asked for. I emailed on several occasions with no reply and today called him and was just rude. He got paid and didn't want to finish the job.

HORRIBLE owner. Extremely rude, doesn’t return calls, then berates customers for reaching out to another location. If your location isn’t being responsive or professional, who wouldn’t be calling another location for help?? Horrible business. Do not give them any of your money. The warranty provided is basically like pulling teeth to get assistance. 0/10
