Tom promptly came over, took measurements and showed me a variety of sample materials from which to choose. Two weeks later, Tom called and said the blinds were ready to be installed. The following day, his installer came over and installed the blinds within a matter of minutes. I am very pleased with the blinds.
There were problems about the door handle. Jose went WAY BEYOND the call of duty.
