UPDATE: Years later, they absolutely honour their warranties! Everything with these guys has been easy and positive, from start to now. -- We had 8 blinds installed by Budget Blinds about 4 years ago. One had a factory issue at install, but the installer handled it quickly with a replacement in just a few days. Since then, everything's been smooth. We had a great experience working with Budget Blinds Nanaimo. Paula was an excellent designer! She was friendly, professional, and really knew her products and how they would fit best in our spaces. Her measurements were completely accurate. The office staff were professional and helpful and combined with their automated systems we were kept informed on every step of the process. Aaron installed our 4 new blinds. He was so nice and efficient. Arrived early and was finished in good time. Very personable and knowledgeable. Explained our warranty and how to use the blinds! Extremely happy with our purchase and especially with Aaron. Great job! Such a clean look now and the room darkened shades work fabulously
