They are determined to be the bane of my existence, I didn't choose to deal with them, I bought a house with their blinds, one of which was broken, so the blind was replaced free id charge but they would not install it and I just found out it can't be recycled I have to take it to the dump and pay $8.00 all on an item I was told would be taken care of.
