Kyle has been very helpful in resolving an issue that occurred before he was owner. I commend him for being very professional and courteous.
I initially reached out to Budget Blinds of Columbus, OH (43215) on May 10. I didn’t receive a response. I followed up on May 13 — still nothing. It wasn’t until May 19 that I finally received a call and text from the owner, Kile Cameron. He asked if I was available Thursday. Our experience with Budget Blinds of Columbus Metro has been exceptional. Wife ordered shades for her home office, primarily for eye-health reasons. Kile carefully listened to needs and was very helpful and patient in making sure the right product was selected for both health and design considerations. The installation team and process were excellent and professional. The quality and performance of the shades exceed expectations. Love the shades and they have vastly improved workday health wise and aesthetically.
