Aric arrived 10 minutes early, which is a big plus in my gradebook ! He introduced himself and acknowledged why he was at my house. We talked about what was expected to be completed and we agreed on both of our expectations. He was very professional and personable. Love the folks at Budget Blinds !
We ordered motorized outdoor shades for our patio from Budget Blinds and they arrived in the time promised. Matthew and his assistant did a great job installing the shades. They arrived at our home at the exact time promised and completed the job in a timely manner. Matthew even came back after putting in a full day, to show us how to use the remote and give us some pointers. The shades look great and block the blaring sun. We are excited to use them when we are outside enjoying our patio.
The Budget Blinds team, from start to finish, has been wonderful to work with. Scheduling was easy. Having someone come in my home with so many options and then narrowing down what worked best in my home was fun and extremely helpful. And the installer was so professional and hung my shades with excellence. Outstanding!
