We ordered shades on Aug 12th 2025 and were told it be an ETA of 6 weeks so we anticipated shades for late September/early October. After not hearing from them, I had to reach out twice to find out the ETA was changed to November 3rd It's 13 weeks later and still NO shades and NO communication updates. I wish we went with a different company. I just sent them another message today. Unacceptable.
This was hands down the worst consumer experience I have ever had. I was routed to this franchise location from a general inquiry on the Budget Blinds website, and I greatly advise you to work through a different location. While I recognize the name is Budget Blinds, the “budget” was truly included in every detail of the experience. I have used budget blinds on a few occasions and I am happy with them. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for window treatments.
