Left us high and dry with blinds that do not operate with a remote. The owner changed the reason for them not working and now wants $525 for scaffolding to againtry to make these blinds operate.

On July 05/2022, I called Budget Blinds to report my bedroom blinds had broken and which are still under warranty. I talked to "Steph" she said I'll have ******* out on 7/11/22. ***** came looked at the blinds wrote something down and left. On 7/14/22 I called Budget Blinds again and spoke to "Steph"; she said before she goes on vacation she'll do the paperwork and turn it in. On 7/29/22 I called Budget Blinds again to ask if my blinds were in. I was told "no" that those blinds were "discontinued" and they had to order other... read more

DON'T USE THEM THEIR BLINDS ARE SUBPAR AND THEN THEY BLAME YOU FOR THEN FALLING APART

This simply is not true. Without going into detail, no matter what we do, this customer just can't be made happy. We've been in business for 18 years without a single complaint...and our blinds don't fall apart. We lifted her concerns to the manufacturer and they determined as well, that the problem had nothing to do with their blinds. The quality of our products is not an issue. We offered to remake all of her window coverings and walk away from a no win situation. The customer seemed satisfied with our resolution...or so w... read more

The shutters made by Picasso seems well-built but were smaller than the hole they went into. We have the feeling that the guy who came out to measure did an inaccurate job. The installer used wooden slats to fill in the spaces and then calked over the three sides with a very thin layer. After two days of drying, you could see daylight through the calk. We purchased 2 sets of blinds, and they were installed yesterday. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. Everyone we dealt with was experienced, professional and all around nice people. Projected delivery and installation dates were met or early. I really can?t say enough good things about Budget Blinds!
